Bethany Global exists to bring Kingdom transformation to the nations by equipping and sending intercultural disciple-makers.

In 1946, a small group of families in Minneapolis, Minnesota gathered around a shared conviction — that every unreached people group on earth deserved to hear the life-changing message of Jesus. Pooling their resources, they purchased a 30-room home and began training missionaries, forming what became the Bethany Fellowship Missionary Training Center.

Within a year, the fellowship had grown enough to relocate to 62.5 acres of farmland in Bloomington, Minnesota. That step laid the foundation for what would eventually become Bethany Global University.

What began as a small, faith-filled movement in one city has grown into a global work, equipping people to share the Gospel among the unreached.

Today, Bethany Global operates in more than 60 nations — from the Middle East to Sub-Saharan Africa, from South Asia to the far reaches of Central Asia. Our workers live in the communities they serve. They learn the language. They eat the food. They stay.

Bethany Global's approach has always been incarnational: go where the need is greatest, plant yourself there, make disciples who make disciples, and don't leave until the work is self-sustaining. Many of our field workers have been in their communities for decades.

Everything we do flows through three commitments:

• Give — Fund the frontline. Every dollar given through Bethany Global reaches the frontline, resources, and communities where the Gospel is advancing. We believe generosity is an act of worship and a weapon against darkness.

• Grow — Equip every believer. Through courses, masterclasses, and partnerships like The Chosen, we make training accessible to every person — whether you're on the field or in your living room.

• Go — Send workers to the harvest. Short-term mission trips, discovery trips, and long-term commitments. The call to go is for everyone — the question is where, when, and how.

We are motivated by the same conviction that shaped that early gathering in 1946: that every person on earth matters to God, and that the Church has been given everything it needs to reach them. The task is not impossible — it is incomplete. And we are committed to faithfulness until it is finished.
