Bethany Global holds to the historic Christian faith as revealed in Scripture. These beliefs form the foundation of all we do — from training workers to engaging unreached people groups with the Gospel.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is fully trustworthy in all it affirms and is the supreme standard for faith and practice. The Old and New Testaments, in their original manuscripts, are without error and were given by God through human authors as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and co-eternal, each fully God, and together one God. The Father is the Creator and Sustainer of all things, sovereign over all, holy in character, and faithful in His promises.

We believe in the full deity and full humanity of Jesus Christ. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and lived a sinless life. He performed miracles, died a substitutionary, atoning death on the cross, was buried, and rose bodily from the dead on the third day. He then ascended to the right hand of the Father and will return personally and visibly to judge the living and the dead.

We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God, co-equal with the Father and the Son. He convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and He regenerates, indwells, and empowers believers for godly living and service. He distributes spiritual gifts to every believer for the building up of the church and the advancement of the Gospel.

We believe God created humanity in His own image, male and female, with inherent dignity and purpose. Through the fall of Adam, sin entered the world, and all people are born with a sinful nature. Sin separates humanity from God and leaves every person subject to physical and spiritual death. No human effort can bridge this separation — only God's grace can restore what sin has broken.

We believe salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It cannot be earned by human effort or merit. Those who repent of their sin and place their faith in Christ are justified, adopted into God's family, and sealed by the Holy Spirit. This salvation is secure and eternal — nothing can separate the believer from the love of God in Christ Jesus.

We believe in the personal, bodily return of Jesus Christ, who will come again to judge the living and the dead. There will be a resurrection of both the saved and the lost — those who are saved to eternal life with God and those who are lost to eternal separation from Him. We look forward to the new heaven and the new earth, where God will dwell with His people and every tear will be wiped away.

We believe Jesus Christ's command to "go and make disciples of all nations" is binding on every generation of the church until He returns. This conviction is the heartbeat of Bethany Global. Every unreached people group matters to God, and it is the privilege and responsibility of His church to ensure that every person has the opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel.
